If you had any doubts concerning the upcoming reboot, this should help calm them. According to The Hollywood Reporter, American Gods star Ian McShane has joined David Harbour (Stranger Things) in Hellboy: Rise Of The Blood Queen.
McShane will play Hellboy’s adoptive father, Professor Broom, in a film which will see the demonic character facing off against an ancient sorceress. THR also reports that the reboot will begin shooting in the UK and Bulgaria this September.
Directed by Neil Marshall, Hellboy: Rise Of The Blood Queen will see David Harbour take over as Hellboy, a role which previously belonged Ron Perlman.
