Director Patty Jenkins On Future ‘Wonder Woman’ Films

Screen Rant caught up with Wonder Woman director Patty Jenkins and got her to briefly discuss plans for the future films in the series.

“[There are] many, many things I can’t wait to do with her. She’s got a lot of shades that I really really like. I think whatever we get to do with her in the future, the great thing is this is the way to start.”

Assuming Wonder Woman kills it at the box office, what would you like to see them do in the sequel? Since this first movie is set in the past, would it be wise for them to bring her into the modern age? Give us your thoughts below!

“’Wonder Woman’ hits movie theaters around the world next summer when Gal Gadot returns as the title character in the epic action adventure from director Patty Jenkins. Before she was Wonder Woman, she was Diana, princess of the Amazons, trained to be an unconquerable warrior. Raised on a sheltered island paradise, when an American pilot crashes on their shores and tells of a massive conflict raging in the outside world, Diana leaves her home, convinced she can stop the threat. Fighting alongside man in a war to end all wars, Diana will discover her full powers…and her true destiny.

Wonder Woman hits theaters on June 2.
